Yeah i never said Paul Pierce is a bad player. In a fact he is good but he is not better than lebron. Prefering a player doesnt make him better than another one. You might prefer Pierce but Lebron is the better player. Pierce only makes 43.5% of his FG this year too. That is way too low for a player of his caliber

Getting to the finals is much different than winning them. Irregardless, they're both good and my preference for Pierce shouldn't interfere with your opinion on who the better player is. Someone who, despite not being in the best physical shape, plays great D on some of the best players in the league and wins a championship ring is a great player...at least in my eyes.

Yeah but saying Pierce is better than Lebron is not true at all. I only meant to say that pierce was more skilled because he had more ways to score but in no way did i try to say he is better than Lebron. Lebron gets you points, rebounds, assits, steals, blocks and a FG% close to 51% when Paul Pierce is only at 41%. PP34 wasnt doing much before KG and ray but Lebron managed to take his team to the finals without a good supporting cast. If Lebron was on Celtics they would win every year no doubt.

I agree with this except for that talent is a natural endowment. You are confusing skill with talent. Lebron is more talented, Pierce is more skilled. But nurture > nature, so in my eyes Pierce is the better player (as reinforced by his ring).
