Your friends will BEG you for this recipe!Mexican Salsa28 ounces canned chopped tomatoes, in juice3 cloves garlic, peeledJuice of 1 lime1 handful cilantro leaves, whole½ cup pickled jalapenos, or more1 tablespoon kosher salt½ medium onion3 fresh serrano peppers, optionalPulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender unti just chunky. Serve with tortilla chips.

I don´t speak a lot of english so I´m going to make my comment in spanish, i hope you understandPrimero, para hacer una salsa FRESCA mexcana se necesitan ingredienetes frescos y no enlatados.Ingredientes: 3 jitomates, 3 chiles serranos o de árbol, 1/2 cebolla, Dos dientes de ajo, cilantro y salProcedimiemto: Se asan los chiles, los jitomates, 1/4 la cebolla y el ajo en un sartén si nada de aceite. Se le quita la piel al jitomate y se licuan estos ingredientes.

Thanks for the compliment! I have never heard of Del Rancho. Sounds good though. I recommend an organic brand of canned tomatoes. Fresh never hurts either. =]

There are many variations of salsa, and I would consider this a mexican salsa since it was handed down to me from a mexican family. If you have a recipe, please post it. I love most salsa recipes! =]

Hey There! I watched your video and your salsa looks absolutly fantastic!!! Anyway, I was wondering if you have ever heard of the canned tomato brand called "Del Rancho"? And if so where could I find it? Before I make your salsa, I have to use a good brand of tomato. If you never heard of it, what is a quality brand you recommend? (Sorry for the long paragraph)
