Thanks mate, great nutrition. 12 grams of protien from 2 regular sized eggs, ( and u used jumbo eggs) even beeter :P. Ill try this. U no i got sik of boiling noodles. This'l do the trick. and ill try addin sum tasty veggies or meats at the last boiling minute. thanks

They found so old Noodles?!! Thats insane. But as you say it just shows that noodles are ancient food and that is is popular.

Hi Johsjack,Yes, noodles are great. I think almost every major culture has noodles of some type. They are a very ancient food. Scientists found 4000 year old noodles made from millet buried in a bowl in China!

Lol, I did that with ramen a lotof times before I saw this video!Putting cheese in it is good too.
