That's because England is now so far in that (PC Political Correctness) crap that we are now straggling ourselves, Just look at how parents are not aloud to smack there kids and teaches are scared of prosecution if they do anything wrong and you end up with a society full of unruly kids that end up to be the next generation and no respect for anything.
