Yes. Any time you use data, you get charged for data -- should be pretty self-explanatory.That said, the unlimited data plan with AT&T is $30/mo., and I can use 3G with streaming video and googlemaps keeping an active GPS lock at the same time for as long as I want without ever worrying about paying an extra dime. The Fuze (Touch Pro) is a great phone.
