Lethal moves are easy to figure out for yourself; I wouldn't suggest using them unless you are almost certainly going to die if the assailant lives. Many moves, when configured correctly are enough to paralyze or kill an opponent. The Israelis can keep their secrets, but that doesn't mean others will. Krav Maga is not the only deadly martial art; it is simply the most efficient.
