I followed Peter's advice, that's why I was one of the very few who actually showed a profit for 2008. Fortunately I stayed in cash through the Fall crash and bought dirt cheap miners near the bottom in mid-November. Kick ass.

History will see Art Laffer as the Irving Fischer of this generation. And how about Ben Stein's classic lines, "Whaaddaya mean?!! Their earnings are EEYOUGE!" "They're so cheap they should be putting them in cereal boxes!" LMAO

Thanks to the TV we can go back in time and clearly see who's worth what. Problem is those idiots made a bomb on "giving investment advise" and the fact that they are dead wrong does not really matter. They are all still around, talking, and getting money for it.

was going to be Ron Paul's top economic advisor*

FYI: Peter Schiff was going to be Ron Paul's (Republican 2008 presidential candidate who sides with the constitution and libertarian ideals). So, I guess we should just spend our way out of debt. Ask yourself, does that make sense? We need a recession because we are living in a fantasy world. Wake up. Also, in terms of universal healthcare.. look how our government allocates money to our Veterans (like a microcosm of universal healthcare aka socialism). Do you think the U.S. takes care of Vets?

The unpopular position is so often the sensible one.Schiff is a pretty brave guy.

In times of change, the Patriot is a scarce man; brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot.

Time to pay him that penny Mr Laffer.. |
