The can of biscuits refers to premade bisuit dough sold in a tube or can in your grocery store, usually in the dairy section next to the butter and premade cookie dough. Pillsbury makes them, and there are usually other brands as well.

Looks good but what is a "can" of biscuits? I hate geocentric ingredients. Half the recipes I see or read I have to ignore because they include something no one, outside of bum f... wherever the chef is, has heard of or can find it.

So I tried this recipe a few days ago, but was a little worried about the biscuit "crust" getting soggy. A good pot pie should have a crispy crust!Long story short, I know why he doesn't show the inside of the pot :\
