I like to have a little organic, natural peanut butter spread on a slice of 100% whole wheat bread with some sort of fruit and 16 oz. of water. I consider that a balanced breakfast. There's fat, protein, complex carbs and fruit =)

a good breakfast should contain high energy foods such as raw chocolates, maybe fruits becoz they are high in sucrose which is a type of sugar which is low on the glycemic index

sometimes i use my blender to make fruit juice and i get (extremely) tired after drinking it. why is that? is it because of all the fructose at once? i put in a bulb, a banana, an apple, an orange and sometimes strawberrys. (it still tastes goood still ;).

Also, bought some organic quinoa. I'm not telling you not to try it cause you might like it and it would be good for you... but I made it like oatmeal and it tastes like ass to me. I have a hard time being healthy cause I'm so damn picky and it doesn't matter how much I experiment I don't seem capable of "developing a taste for things." I wonder if you really can or if people just constantly suffer for health.

Shredded wheat, I love it.

Any liquid that contains nutrients is by definition a food. Look up "food" in a dictionary.
